We are SweetBerries, Inc. and G-Berries, Inc. Together we operate sandwich and custard shops in Bradenton, Sarasota, and Gainesville, Florida.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Name and Email Address
If you submit a message to one of our stores using any of the contact forms on this web site your name and email address are passed along with the message you send. The message headers also include your (apparent) IP address along with the date and time the message was sent. This information is not stored in any database. It only stays with the sent email and is destroyed when the recipient deletes the message from their email system.
Cookies
When you submit a message cookies are used to help your browser remember some of your entries. These cookies will last for one year and are securely stored on the computer you used to send the message.
What rights you have over your data
We do not keep any of the data from submitted messages. The message are delivered by email but not saved on our web site server. Therefore there are no rights to assert over your data.
Where we send your data
Messages submitted by using any of the contact forms on this web site are sent to the selected recipients by email. Selected recipients are the owners of the different stores.
How we protect your data
Our site uses 128-bit encryption validated by an SSL certificate. The certificate is issued by cPanel, Inc. and is updated annually. Our database is run behind a firewall. The firewall is monitored and maintained by our web host.
